Benoît Legrand has extensive international experience within the ING Group, having worked in Investment Banking, Retail and Private Banking covering various areas such as Marketing, Sales, Branch Distribution and Product Management in Belgium, Singapore, Poland, the Netherlands and France. He was named CEO of ING Direct France in 2010 and Country CEO ING France in 2013, after merging all retail, commercial banking and real estate activities in France into a single integrated entity. In 2015, he was appointed president of ING Bank France and global head of fintech and later CEO of ING Ventures. Since January 2018, he has been the head of Innovation at ING.
Jacqueline Chilton is Ticketmaster's vice president of payments. Jacqueline focuses on providing the best-in-class payment experience to live entertainment fans. She manages payment strategy, cost management, loss due to fraud, and charge backs. Jacqueline was director of product management at ADP and supported the opening of Innovation Lab by the company Pasadena.
After a distinguished career working in leadership at some of the world's best-known financial companies, including Allied Irish Banks, Lloyds and Royal Bank of Scotland, she set out to build her own mobile bank from scratch in 2014. It grew USD 70 million in funding and obtained a full bank license in 2016, launching the first Starling account in 2017.
It now operates checking accounts for individuals and small businesses and expects to have opened one million accounts by the end of 2019. Starling Marketplace, Europe's first fully integrated financial market, provides the bank's checking account customers with access to third-party financial services in a compelling example of Open Banking in action.
Ben Davey is the CEO of Barclays UK Ventures, a recently formed business unit within Barclays UK which has a mandate to drive growth by identifying, incubating and growing transformational and innovative new business lines. He became Chief Strategy Officer for the Investment Bank in 2015, responsible for the development and execution globally of the Investment Bank’s strategy.
